1st battery wouldn't charge, however, the company made it right

Fast delivery, 1st battery wouldn't charge, I let their customer service know, they replaced that battery with a new one and it took a full charge, also they sent me a postage paid return label for the bad battery and it didn't cost me anything. Highly recommend this company they stand by their products and are very reasonable with their prices and they have great customer service!
