The equipment arrived in a timely manner but unfortunately too late for our needs. I sent an email requesting an RMA number three days after receiving the item and have yet to receive a response. Since then, I’ve called three times over the past week without resolution.
It’s now been over a week since my initial contact. Your policy states that returns must be initiated within five days for a refund. Someone I spoke to mentioned I would be okay and that someone would get back to me, but no one has followed up.
At this point, I am left with no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card provider. It’s unfortunate, as I have an unopened portable oxygen concentrator that we simply no longer need. I hope your customer service team can improve in the future to avoid situations like this.
theG3 is a replacement for another G3. I was so happy to get this replacement at a reasonable price. It works great.
The item arrived in a timely manner but the battery does not hold a charge and the machine makes a loud noise.
Item works great as described.
