Great mask. Very comfortable. The first one i bought only lasted about 2 months and the silicone tore at the bottom of the mask. But from someone who struggles with CPAP masks this is the best one ive ever used by far.

They actually upgraded me to Aircurve 11 bipap. Customer service is usually non-existent now a days and they were quick to respond and super helpful. Prices are super reasonable compared to what you pay even if you go through insurance so I'll definitely continue using them and recommend them.

Good machine but I have ptsd so I have a hard time using it

Great customer service. The first used unit came broken. It seems broke during delivery transit but in less than 72 hours we received a brand new unit at no additional cost.
