My Used Inogen One G4 order was handled fast by the company but the shipping by UPS was terrible! Three stops enroute to Naples FL and 11 hours after dispatched to go cross town! Changed delivery time 3 times and wasted my day waiting from 11:45 AM till 9:00 PM. Try not using UPS in the future.

I received the Invacare platinum 10 with compressor. So far it is performing exactly how I imagined. I used these in nursing homes and hospitals as a paramedic and am familiar with their operation. I have not yet verified the purity yet due to my O2 analyzer not here yet. However, I imagine the levels are right due to my O2 sats going high while using it. Upon receiving the M9 O2 tank was not present but I called Major Cpap and they got a nice new shiny tank sent right away. Unit has alot of hours (expected), but to be in great running condition, clean, and for the cost compared to a new one its a great deal. It came ready to go, setup was easy. They also gave a generous military discount. Ordering was simple and delivery was good. I am pleased and plan to buy another one soon. Thank you Major Cpap.
