Excellent fit and feel

MajorCPAP was one of the few companies offering refurbished 3B Medical Stratus 5 Stationary Oxygen Concentrators. They were courteous, shipped quickly (and wrapped it so well a fall of two stories couldn't have damaged the item-very much appreciated) and delivered a like-new item. You did not have the machine I ordered so gave me a brand new machine and accessories. My old machine read as many as 16 episodes and hour. The new one reads 0.5-5 episodes or hour. A huge improvement. Trunk you!

The refurbished ResMed 10 I received looks to be in great condition. I purchased it to take on a trip I’m taking for 2 weeks. I was nerves my 4 1/2 year old cpap would fail while on the trip. Your service people were most helpful & insured me it would arrive in time for my trip, which it did. I’m hoping it will be functional on my upcoming trip.
